The technician, Cam Schlotter, was very quick and polite while cleaning my carpets. He also gave me tips on how to keep the carpets clean and what to expect if there are any stains that may come up through the carpet in the next few days. We liked the technician, James. Very professional and interested in what he was doing. Explained every step and what he was doing. He also offered suggestions for keeping the carpets clean. These carpets were very dirty. He did a great job. They look great!

Great friendly service, on time, knowledgeable and conversational. The carpets came out clean. The worker spent extra time getting soap out in some areas that I shampooed on my own. Worker was very helpful moving heavy furniture out of the way. I will use your company again and recommend to my friends and relatives.

The technical and service was outstanding

Technician was very pleasant and my carpet looks great. I would suggest that you mention there is a possibly of wrinkles until the carpet dries completely.
That was the case with my service, and it alarmed me. I had to call and ask if this was normal.

Your technicians are on time. I get a call before as to when they arrive. The technicians explain what they are going to do, cost and then do what they say they are going to do. Carpet has never been this clean.
