Your service and staff are amazing.

The service was wonderful. The employee was friendly and very efficient. He explained what he was going to do and asked if there was area of the carpet I had concerns about. I honestly did not think he would be able to get the carpet clean without soaps or cleaning fluids but he did. It did not take long and I was able to move my furniture back in after about 4 hours. I will definitly use Zerorez again.

We really thought we were going to need to buy new carpet, but we thought we would try Zerorez as a last ditch effort. The results were so much better than we expected! Cameron our technician was friendly and informative. We no longer feel like we need to replace our carpet, we only need to maintain it and Zerorez will be there to help us!

We thought we were going to be getting new carpets in the spring after 14 years of general wear and tear. All of our carpeting is located in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. So most dirt and grim was left downstairs on the hardwood. I have cleaned the carpets every year with our Bissell carpet cleaner. With a new puppy addition to the family we noticed the carpet was not looking too good. We decided to do one thorough clean with you guys to get us thru the winter. When Josh called me upstairs to take a look at a section I was blown away.It was incredible how effective your product/service was. Our carpets look like they are brand new! No new carpets for us......and no more Bissell carpet cleaner. We'll be calling you guys every year.
