James was ever nice and knew what he was doing, he answer every question that I and my husband asked, he also told us about some top coat to put on your carpet to help it to cleaner longer. I was only going to spend for the cleaning of the carpets but after he told us about the top coat we get it. Good Job James! we will call again.

I like the way the carpet feels, looks and smells (no smell at all) clean. Our carpet is one year old and had never been cleaned. I also like the availability of having the protectant put on after it was cleaned. The dry time wasn't too bad, about 4 hours with lots of fans going. Chase was the tech that did our carpet and he was very thorough and answered my questions well. We will definitely recommend your company to any who ask, and will use Zerorez next time we clean our carpet. No soap or perfumes for us!
