I have been very happy with the service I have received from ZeroRez. The techs are always honest, friendly, and courteous. I never feel pressured to add additional services that I didn't originally schedule and I never feel as though I'm being scammed (as I have with other companies). I will use ZeroRez in the future and refer friends and family to use them as well.

I have used Zerorez 3 times now. All stains came out except for 2 and they just happened ..that is why I called..the rest of the carpets look great!

I like the fact that you don't use shampoo and the carpet dries so quickly, except where extra work is needed, which is expected. The Techs were so nice, I had two cause Cameron was in training. I also like the fact that it's 100% guaranteed if I'm not totally happy with it. I might have to have them out again, cause I can still smell the urine and where he cleaned the stains in the living room aren't looking good. They're still a little damp so I'll wait till Monday to see.

Your representative was very careful and efficient with his equipment and the solution. There was no lingering odor when he finished and had left the premises. The soil had made a black border around the rooms and on the stairwell. He had a little brush that he scrubbed those areas and when he finished, everything was clean. I am very satisfied with the appearance of my carpets now.

Overall great job on cleaning the carpets. We will use zerorez again in the future for our basement.

Our carpet is 15 years old - been thru 4 large dogs (puppy thru elderly) with accidents. I do the best I can to keep carpet in good shape. When Zerorez cleans our carpet, it looks like new!
