Technicians always present themselves very professionally. Very polite and knowledgeable or realistic of what they can and cannot do. The carpets always turn out fresh and clean and stay that way longer since they don't use soap.

Carpets looked great guys were very nice
The stains are gone, the carpet is fresh and new feeling again. Even the stair stains which the gentlemen thought did not come out, they are gone or less noticiable. Overall very happy. Only issue I'd say the drying time was a bit long but in the end...worth it!
