How well the products worked considering how in need of cleaning our carpets were.
On the positive it was very fast service and cleaned very well. On the negative it was very expensive at $252 for about 450 sq ft.

I liked the fact that no chemicals were used during the cleaning process. and whatever machine the used to scrub the stains out of our carpet had amazing results. they were very attentive and friendly. and even came by after the job was done to make sure everything was satisfactory.
Your services gets a 10, tech was very professional and really spent time explaining things to me, listening to me and working on my carpets. He had a tough job ahead of him with a couple of my rooms. I have two dogs and a cat who decided to have a hay day taking turns pooping and peeing....Odor is still not all out but a lot better. The technician, Ryan Morris, was excellent. Not only did he explain everything but went on to let us know how each product reacts and also what to expect after the carpet dried. He got out years-old rust where a metal based table had set for 3 years and a traffic pattern created by an elderly ill gentleman who had some "problems." The before and after pictures were incredible.
Any way, I could go on and on about the job Ryan did for us but it would get pretty boring. He's terrific. Who do I talk to to get that man a raise??? And yes I would recommend your company to anyone at anytime!

We recently had a wedding at our house, they cooked pulled pork for the reception, and spilled pork grease up my white carpeted stairs. Ugh!!! I called zerorez and my carpet is BEAUTIFUL!!! Love the smell and look of my carpets! The techs were very respectful young men, did a fabulous job!
