Our technician was so helpful in checking in to let me know the estimated time remaining, steps taken to remove stubborn oil stains, and asked great clarifying questions. We had to do our carpets after hours, so it made a late night for both of us, but he had a great attitude, was on time, and efficient. We'll never go with anyone else! I can almost say it was FUN!

Our dirty carpet now looks almost like new. We are quite pleased with the finished product. Adam did a great job! He also was a very personable representative for your business. We were a bit disappointed being told on our oinitial phone call made the last day of July that our appointment to have our carpet cleaned on August 13 wouldn't apply to the "Team Gleason" promotion by Zerorez. We had heard Rick Lukins convincing advertisement that booking an appointment even on the last day of July would still apply to this promotion, which is what we had hoped for. Adam said he would look into the matter. We appreciate Adam being willing to move around some of our bigger chairs as he did his job. We both have had back surgery and are unable to handle moving furniture around.

Everyone I spoke with at Zerorez really listened and focused on what I wanted done. Josh was great. We discussed what I wanted done and he focused on the details to make that happen. Josh worked hard the whole time. He was very systematic so that nothing was missed. He clean our air ducts that hadn't been cleaned since the house was built twenty years ago. Josh also cleaned well traveled carpets on two sets of stairs, two hallways, and the living room. Everything looks great and I am confident that our air ducts are circulating clean, fresh air. I am very happy with the work that was done and will be sharing my experience with friends and co-workers.
