Carpets are cleaned and spots removed without excess water, soaps, and cleaning solvents and leaves the carpet soft. I have hired carpet cleaning on two homes with different carpet types and both times the service was prompt and the technicians were polite and experienced at their job.

my carpets are very clean (and they were very dirty before) your service was fast and easy to schedule and very professional.

The cleaning job was done quickly and turned out very well. It also dried fairly quickly with the help of the big fan which was left for our use.

The two times I have used zerorez, the people are the most impressive. I am not at all apprehensive about having them in my house. They are nice, up-front with what they can and cannot do, they help you understand the process and how much it will cost, how long it will take and they seem to really care about doing a good job. The office staff was also very accommodating to my schedule. As far as the carpets, they look great and I will definitely be using Zerorez again.
