Friendly people.
Only one fan was sent to dry in the area huge huge area. Also not all soiled areas in doorways were removed and another spot is coming back already.

The only suggestion I would make is to add your customer service number to the reminder email you send. It makes it much easier to contact you if I have any questions.

Major screw up on the baseboards.
Luis was an excellent technician. He avoided any damage to the house by placing the corner guards at multiple locations. The carpet didn't clean up well, in my opinion. I've had multiple individuals review the carpet after the cleaning, and all stated that the carpet cleaning should have provided a better outcome. Unfortunately, I had great expectations of this carpet cleaning process. However, my expectations were not met. I will not recommend zerorez.
Return calls over concerns faster. Also when I called because my carpets were still wet the next day, I was told they wouldn't be able to come until the next day.

I love the way my carpets feel after being cleaned. There is no crunch and they look and smell clean, not perfumed. The technician was very professional, polite, and efficient. I tell people, all the time, that Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company I will use.

The techs were friendly, efficient, careful, and did a very good job. Carpets felt soft when dried.
Before Zerorez came I was thinking we needed new carpet. I am happy to report that that is not the case. My carpet and tile look close to new. I am so pleased with the results. I love that there is no residue left on the carpet for dirt to build up on and that my grout is sealed. The carpet dried fast. The Tech asked me to approve the area before he moved on. He was very professional. My kids even noticed the amazing results. Maybe this will help them keep their rooms clean. We shall see. :) Thanks Zerorez!!
I did not know when I got my online quote that air duct cleaning supplies were separate, so when my technician showed up and I asked if he could do the air ducts, he had to call another technician to get the cleaning supplies. He did a great job and was very friendly. (Sorry, I should have done this survey earlier! I forget his name-I think it was Bobby-a very tall man). But I think on the webpage it could have been better-explained how making that estimate works.

Love how soft the carpets are after being cleaned. Isaias came to our home and suggested certain treatments for my pet problems. He was very detailed and thorough in his cleaning. I love your products and am impressed with your staff.
I had a huge stained area on my living room carpet that kept coming back and a few smaller stains in different areas of the house and Mason was able to get everything out.
