The guy who cleaned our carpets was friendly and professional. Zerorez communicated very well with us on what to expect and when they would come. My carpets turned out well :)
The cost was excessive...we had 3 small bedrooms (all with beds in the middle that greatly reduced the cleaning area; probably less than half) and 1 very small office with a big desk in the middle. We had a large family room with a sectional couch in the middle (didn't require moving) and a pool table and another table (didn't require moving). This room was counted as 3 rooms! While no discount was given on the other small rooms the family room counted as 3. I used to have a carpet cleaning business so I know a bit about it...when I told the employee that I used to charge 8 cents/per sq. foot he said Zerorez just charged 15, but when he stepped it off it suddenly became 20 cents. The charge for our house was $430, probably twice what we've paid in the past. The work was fine and we're pleased with the results, but the cost and the inflexibility of the employees to adjust the price based on the actually area that was cleaned was very disappointing.
Use just a little more time to let us know our carpets will still be wet after4 or 6 hours. Ours were just a little damp about 9 hours in
I like the idea of little to no chemicals.
They told me all about how the system worked and showed me the water jar. They worked fast and asked if I had any questions.

Do a good job
They came and did 5 rooms, stairs to basement and tile in one bathroom. I was very pleased with the rooms, but stairs and tile needed to be done again. They came and redid both and they turned out great. There was no charge for the return.

I really liked the way you responded to my concerns. You sent a 2nd crew out to reclean my A\family rm. carpet when I expressed my disappointment. It looks quite a bit better, even though it still has some soiled-looking areas, it is an older carpet, and a light beige color.
They were very helpful, thoroughly, and prompt. I love that the cleaning doesn't leave behind any unwanted residue.

Figure out a way to clean the edges of the carpet that are right against the wall. I wish I had some how scrubbed or pre-treated it along all the edges myself but I figured you would have a tool to do this.

did not listen to what I needed and then when you came you only came to give me an estimate and I needed the carpets cleaned that day. Had to hurry and find someone else that could do it.

No harsh chemicals and a great smell!! My carpets look and smell amazing. All stains and smells from a new puppy and toddler are gone! Oh and my couch looks brand new:) The guy who came to the house was awesome and I am so appreciative of how hard he worked. I have zero complaints!
