The do a better job than any other company I have used cleaning my carpets. The technicians are thorough, polite and efficient.

I had a great experience. The tech was on time, friendly, and quick. I do have a light colored carpet that did have a good amount of dirt stains. The carpet looked great after the tech left, but only two days later, it appears that some of the stains or returning and in some areas, the carpet still has a bad smell. I feel like in the past when I have used Zero Rez, the finished product was more miraculous feeling, looking, and smelling...I could be wrong.

The cost was way too high and the carpets were not that clean when they dried (hard spots) It would seem to me that if i am having the whole house cleaned that there would be a break on the price, but there was not. Not likely to recommend friends and family.

After a follow up appointment, our carpet looks much cleaner. I would have preferred to have had it done correctly the first time. Having said that, we really appreciated both service men who came. They were both professional acting and nice. We appreciated the precautions they took to be tidy, including booties and orange cones to protect our walls, etc. Thank you!
