The technician Billy was very polite, friendly, professional, and effeciant

This last cleaning was not up up the standards we have come to expect from Zerores. The technician was very nice but he was incredibly fast and not thorough at all. The job was not satisfactory and my husband was very unhappy. We may be in search of someone else next time.

The carpet cleaner had a problem with the truck and had to go Salt Lake to get a new truck which was fine but it put him two hours behind schedule. As a result of this he spent only one hour cleaning three rooms, a hallway and 15 stairs. The carpet and stairs still look dirty. I even took a Clorox wipe and cleaned up spots that were missed and that came right out with the Clorox wipe. The carpet tech was very nice, professional and kind but we are very disappointed with the cleaning results. Zerorez did carpet cleaning for my mother in law in December and that was a quality cleaning job. At that time the tech took two and a half hours cleaning two rooms. I am very disappointed with the results of how my carpets looked. I doubt we will use Zerorez again.

I like how clean our carpet turned out, except for the high traffic spots, out carpet looked like it did the day we got it. Rick was awesome, he explained every step of the cleaning process, why each step was necessary, the benefit each cleaning step provided. He was not pushy about other products, just mentioned them and let us think about it. He was also knowledgeable about the Zerorez water and how it is created. We are really happy we had it done and will be having Zerorez do my father-in-laws home soon. CDixon

My family room gets the most high traffic in the house. When Zerorez cleans it it looks like new and my carpet is old. The other plus fact it feels clean .

How clean it gets everything and the fact that it's economic friendly.

Larry was awesome! Very professional. Came in and went right to work after explaining what Zerorez was all about. He also took time to walk through the areas that were cleaned with me to make sure I was happy. Larry deserves a raise, bonus etc because of him I will be referring friends and family to get their carpets cleaned by Larry at Zerorez.

Give a better estimate of time of arrival. I was told after 10:00 but the tech didn't arrive until around 3:30. I thought it was a two hour window.

Very helpful staff -easy to get an appointment when I wanted it. Technician knowledgeable and extremely hard working so my carpet looks great! I thought I wouldchave to replace it but now it looks so good I can keep it awhile more

This was the 3rd or 4th experience I had with zerorez. Up until this last visit I was a raving fan. On Wednesday I got a phone call saying I had the 1st afternoon slot and you'd be there around 2:00pm. I heard from the tech notion at 5:15pm saying he'd be there in 40 minutes (6:05pm) which he was. His cleaning was very lethargic and barely made one pass on the carpet while cleaning. In the past, technicians were energetic making 2-3 passes in the time this guy made one. He brought his 7 year old son to take all the areas to be cleaned. His son didn't have the strength to lift the nap of the carpet as well as an adult would have, especially after a full day's work. I finally asked him to concentrate on the worn areas with as many passes as it required but I shouldn't have had to. It seems that I will have to ask for an experienced technician in the future, if there is a future with us. I give the performance a 5 out of 10. I have, in the past, recommended zerorez Highly. After this experience, I've lowered that to a 7

You use no chenicals, only water ad steam

It dries fast. get' out spots that normal cleaners do not. Leaves a fresh clean feeling in the house after it is done.

The carpet technician (Chris) was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Chris was always checking with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the cleaning.

I like the efficiency your workers give when they come to my home. They are clean, informative, and work very fast. My house smells clean after they leave.

Dry carpet before leaving

After a couple weeks have now passed, I can see the dirt returning in my kitchen and hallways. I had to gave the carpet stretched in one room after the cleaning. Another room really didn't that clean in the first place. I am not really happy with the carpet cleaning results overall.

I just want clean carpets.

I was shocked on how you guys add so many different things onto the base price. You are overpriced on the "by the gallon" urine remover. I love what your products do and I am a repeat customer but will warn my friends of your hidden costs. $540 for 1 1/2 hous of work? Pay your employees instead of making them sell! Loved the techs, they were awesome! Unfortunately, I can now smell urine in one of the rooms. I will give it a few days to completely dry before I complain (it was an old and deep stain).
