Easy, clean service that does a great job!
We called to set up the cleaning for a client of ours and asked for an invoice to be sent to us instead of having her pay. We've used ZeroRez 3-4 times and each time have requested an invoice. This time it was not communicated to the person sent to clean the carpets. They had to call our office and when we told the cleaner (Rick) that an invoice was supposed to be sent he was rude about it and said it was never told to him. We help low income seniors and would hate to have this mix up ever happen again and stress them out.
We are renting and some of the stains in our carpet were there before we moved in (and this is after having the carpets cleaned) and I figured they would be impossible to remove. I just wanted the carpets cleaner and I was really happy to see the stains gone and our carpets beautiful.

First off it is important you know my disappointment is not related to the technician. A few hours after the "cleaning" I took photos and video because it didn't much different from before. I said when making the appointment that dark traffic areas were my biggest concern and I was told it wouldn't 't be a problem, but it was. I will not refer Zerorez, I will discourage use of Zerorez.

I have to commend Zerorez for returning to my condo to clean the rugs again and making my tenants happy, all at your expense. You did honor your word which I appreciate. The reason I gave a five on the survey is that I'm not sure I would want to recommend your company for the fear of putting someone through the same challenges as I had. George had great customer service and was very easy to work with. I was comfortable with him in my home and felt he did a very thorough job. I also like that no chemicals or residues are put into or left in my carpet. It did take While to dry thoroughly but it smelled nice and looked nice. A few traffic areas a little darker than I liked but all in all a great job,
