No chemicals are used and that's makes me feel comfortable for family and pets
When you clean my old carpets, even though they don't look new again (I don't ask the impossible!!), the stay looking clean for months, rather than a few weeks, which is what I've experienced with other carpet cleaning services.
Your techs were friendly and informative. He even took the time to show me the equipment and explain the technology.

I didn't receive a call from your call center before the day of my appointment so I had to call at 730 the morning of. After being told my appointment would be at or after 1 PM and that I would receive another call when the technician was at the job before mine, the technician called me approx 1030 and said he was 15 minutes away. Although being early isn't neccesarily a bad thing, 2 1/2 hours early was a bit too early. I wasn't quite ready. But I will say the technician was very helpful and accommodating and I was very impressed with him.
So I would say that making sure the calls that are supposed to happen are happening.
My only concern is that this morning, well over 12 hours later, the carpets were still damp. So I think the 4 to 6 hour drying time is unrealistic.
Very kind employees. They ask for my approval, and if there is anything else I need. Clean and professional.
My carpets and sofa look fantastic! And they called and got here earlier than I expected (which I was hoping for). The technician was wonderful. Honestly, best carpet cleaning experience yet!

I am a property manager. I specifically told the person I scheduled with that I would be paying by credit card at the end of the cleaning. They told me it would be around $90 to do the cleaning and pet treatment on one bedroom. The guy that did the cleaning collected from the tenant and it ended up being $479 which is a huge difference. I should have been called and told the price before the cleaning ever took place. You could replace more than the carpet and pad for the price we were charged. I will never use you again for my business! Very unhappy with your company. I called to talk to someone about this and they could not help me so they said a manager would call me and they never have it has been a week ago.
Not sure there is anything you could do to improve. I guess if someone asks I would say maybe you oughta give Zerorez a shot, they got our carpets pretty clean.

I was a bit disappointed that a few spots wouldn't come out. I guess if you can magically remove anything you can have a ten.

When the technicians were brushing in the cleaning fluid near the back sliding glass door they put too much pressure on the rotary brushes and ground off the carpet pile down to the carpet woven mat on a approximately 16" by 3" section. Bad enough that this happened but they made no mention of the problem, which in my mind they couldn't have missed. They didn't mention anything to us and we didn't find it until we had let the carpet dry and were moving furniture back into the room. I First name removed't think there is anything you can do to repair the carpet. We are very disappointed because we are getting the house ready to sell and we thought it would be a good idea to have a professional carpet cleaner do the carpet right. But I would have been better off taking the time to clean the carpet myself.
Inform customers about the drying time on your deep soak cleaning, I was under the impression that this too woud be dry in 4-6 hours and It took about 48 hours for this to dry with a fan.
I liked the prompt service, the guys called to let me know they would be arriving earlier than I expected which was great. The job was done well and your crew was very courteous and professional.
We were told several times that we were the third appointment of the day. Someone finally came late in the afternoon and we were now the fourth appointment. Did not appreciate being bumped for another customer. We could have used the time wasted if we had been given the truth in the first place. The young man that came was very nice and apologetic and we realize it wasn't his fault.
