I think your email prior to service is a little grumpy. Be willing to help move a couch that can not be moved from the room without an extra fee. Should rake after cleaning without having to be ask.
The carpets looked great! The service was also great!
The drying time was much longer than we were told. It was at least 8 hours and we put floor fans on it to get it done in that amount of time. Our technician was on time and very polite and he did a good job.
I think I expected better results from the cleaning. The family was not super impressed with the results. Looked the same as when we steam clean ourselves.

The email I received said the carpet would dry in a matter of hours. The carpet was still wet twelve hours after the technician left.

I was a little disappointed in your spot removal ability. It seems like your focus is more general and not specialized in more specific spot removal strategies. A friend of mine had used you as well and were less than satisfied, especially after someone else came in and did remove the stubborn spots.

I have used your company for years. Most technicians are very thorough and leave the carpet looking great. This last technician was ok com paired to the previous ones. I have the same area cleaned every time. This time the traffic patterns and some spots are still visible. I will still come back. But this is the first time I have not been amazed at how great the carpets looks after being cleaned. I was slightly disappointed.
You do a very thorough cleaning and it looks and feels so clean. I also receive excellent customer service. The price is very reasonable.

Arrived on time for service! Seemed to do a good job!
I needed a pet stain and odor treatment on my carpet badly. The associate did a good job. But now the area feels like there is a residue on the carpet, and there is still
pet odor. I'm not sure if it's because of the severity of the pet stain/odor or if that
happens every time you use the stain/odor treatment. It's not pleasant. I wish there was
something more that could be done to eliminate both the odor and the residue feel.
My carpets were not overly wet, serviceman was polite, friendly and answered all my questions, my carpets are cleaner
It was done quickly and efficiently. The worker who came out was respectful and used protective equipment around the edges of my baseboard. He was friendly and was flexible to come back out after id missed his appointment time. I really appreciated having a nice new looking carpet. (:
