I like that it is very clean and dries quickly
I felt the job done was no better than any other good carpet cleaner could do. Matter of fact those using the roto-brush head seem to get tuff areas cleaner. I felt the up-sale to my daughter was strong because I was not there. We will see if our carpets stay cleaner longer before I become a raving fan!
This very pleasant young man offered to do any lifting (I'm 82 years old) worked very hard to remove problems caused by the previous carped cleaning firm, and my old carpets look almost new,
