There still seems to be an odor in this appartment.
The carpet is totally clean and drys quickly. The service is reliable. The person who came, Chris, was careful, clean cut, respectful and worked efficiently.

I was quoted an exact price for an exact list of the services to be performed. When the technician came to my property (vacant rental property) he did more than what was requested and billed me for it. The technician claimed that my waif instructed him to do the extra areas. When I asked my wife about the extra charges she told me that this was a total lie 100% false and that he was covering his own butt. The technician called her to locate a key to gain entrance to the property and ONLY discussed the areas cleaned/billing once the service had been completed via a second phone call. I have requested a refund, which has been promised (10 days ago) and it has still not been processed. Very disappointed. I have used zerorez multiple times for multiple properties and I always felt as if I could trust them as a solid & honest service provider. Not impressed.
I've had Zerorez techs at my house four times in addition to the initial cleaning appointment trying to resolve issues relating to a long dry-time and a resulting odor. The issue has finally been resolved and I am now happy with my carpets. I really appreciate your company doing everything you can to make it right. I would rather have that hassle than have the musty smelling carpets that I had after the initial cleaning. However, it was a hassle to plan my schedule around all these appointments and no one ever gave me a straight answer on why my carpets took over three days to dry completely. I would probably recommend you to friends because I know that even if you make a mistake you will make it right and also because your techs were always friendly and respectful.

Carpet really feels clean afterward - no residue.
When I called to make an appointment they could not tell me when they would come. They sent me an Email telling me they would send me an other Email telling me they would tell me three day before they were to come. That Email came on Friday 5-2 14. NO TIME was given. I sent an Email on Sunday night 5-4 14 asking when? they where coming? I was mad! how is one to plan their day and a three hour window is a joke! I have used zerorez for many many years and having a special then making me buy something to get me over the minium $100 for my two Small rooms that should have been $60. I have bragged you up to family and friends for years.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help on my cleaning project. The area looked perfect upon completion, and I'm completely satisfied with your service.
I liked Larry. He came out and recleaned our carpets. He did an amazing job. The steam was coming out of the handle and our carpets look much better then before. The other tech guy had left our carpets wet for for four days!!!!! It stunk si bad in my house after that first tech left. We are a bit worried that we may have a mold issue due to his negligence. I don't know..... I am disabled and I could not walk in my house because I was afraid to fall.
It looks better now.
Larry was very courteous and prompt. He contacted me twice to confirm our appointment. He informed me about the Zerorez products and services, and then cleaned the carpets to our satisfaction. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Larry was excellent.
It was with the vent cleaning. I had to finish tightening the screws holding the return vent covers because they were all left poking out over 1/4". For the money we paid for the vent cleaning, the service tech should have their own power screw driver. We were also disappointed that the service tech did not have a camera as part of the vent cleaning service to see what he is doing as is recommended. No problem with the carpet cleaning.
