The technician did a great job related to his personality and service however I give him a (10) I found your pricing to be a bit high for the pet spot treatments. The overall cost of area rug cleaning is competitive and fair. I do not believe I would use your pet treatment again unless it was a emergency situation. Also it would be good to vote in more then one area of your business. It is not fair to the tech if we disagree with your pricing scale and they work hard!

I really appreciated the costumer service provided. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and did very well. I am very happy with how clean my carpets are and will use them in the future.
We were told the carpet would be completely dry within 4-5 hours and after 20+ hours there were still wet and damp spots.
I like the fact that it uses steam and also that the carpet dries quickly.

I have used zerorez 2 times. The first time I couldn't beleive how great my carpets looked. This 2nd time I was not home, my husband was here and when I arrived home it looked great until the next day I noticed a couple spots that I thought would have come out.

I was quoted over the phone that the hall was part of fam room. But then was charged 20 for it. Just wasn't worth the money when all was done I ended up having to go and scrub places by hand and I just thought if I am to pay over 100 dollars for a service I wouldn't be doing it myself at the end anyway.
