This is our second time using Zerorez and I have felt both times that the carpets were cleaned so well that they looked new again. Jace was the person who came to do our cleaning and he was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job.
I like that there is no detergent and it leaves no residue. That way dirt is not attracted to the area again.

The price I was quoted at the home show was not the price I was actually charged. Next time I will get something in writing. I didn't feel it was the technicians problem so I didn't push it, but I went with zerorez because they were offering a good price, I definitely could have got a better deal off groupon.

No chemical residue. It's great when you have new babies around that you don't want rolling around in cleaning residues.
Our carpets and some upholstery were cleaned on January 17, 2014. There were many stains left and the carpets felt crusty. Zerorez did contact us and came back and redid most of the areas. The carpets looked much better then. However, the areas I didn't mention that still had spots (like the back of the sofa) were not redone. I was at work and not able to walk through the house and give a specific list of the problems, but felt that there should have been a record kept and given to the new technician in order for him to see where he needed to do the work. Additionally, a wool rug was taken to be cleaned in the plant. After 3-4 phone calls and promises from Zerorez that they would "find" the rug and let me know the status, I finally was able to get an answer and the rug was delivered the next day--which was around March 20 (two full months after the rug was taken). I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone I know or care about. The price seemed very high as well.

My carpets get cleaned!
Zerorez agreed that for $750.00 ; they would give me a $25.00 give card, get rid of the smell and kill the bacteria that was cause do to my cats urinating on my basement for the last 3 months. Rick the Zerorez tech explain and did all he could to follow thru with our contract. After 24 to 36 hours the problem was still there and the carpet was not dry even after having two fans running with out stop. Zerorez was contacted and was informed that the problem was not fix, the manager that I ask to talk too was of no help and just turn me to Rick witch he in turned came back to my home and called 3 to 4 supervisors and ask for a way to solve the problem. The best solution was to put some kind of living organism and keep it moist for three days. One week later the smell continues to be there and I have not receive the give card that was also part of the contract.
ps Mc Donald's was sue because a lady spilled hot coffee and burning her self.
The carpets that I had cleaned seem clean and white. It did take about 24 hours for the carpet to dry. The tech was very nice, did his job great. Thank you Zeroez. LG

I've always been very satisfied with Zerorez till this time. I was not at all satisfied after yesterday's "cleaning." The results were not what I'd come to expect from Zerorez. After the man (I didn't get his name) who came today finished, it looked as expected.
The reason I only put an 8 is, how do I know which man I'll get when I schedule another cleaning with Zerorez???
Fast, easy and my house looks and smells amazing! Manuel was wonderful at explaining everything he was doing, it was such a great experience and I'm a first time carpet cleaner! :)

As you suction at the end of the carpet/rugs the hard metal bottom scratches hair thin lines onto the travertine/marble tile.

Zerorez came and cleaned the carpets in the basement of my parent's home. The associate called to let us know when he'd be there, he was very neat and clean in appearance and had wonderful manners. We discussed the area that needed cleaning and he explained how Zerorez differs from other carpet cleaning services and products. He recommended Scotchguard but was not forceful in the least. He let us know the final price BEFORE he started the cleaning. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet cleaning services!
We've been customers for over 15 years and have had our carpets cleaned regularly by Zerorez, We've also had furniture and air ducts cleaned. We have always had excellent results and excellent service from the technicians. We wouldn't think of using any other company!
