When your employees did not bring out the right gift card you returned early the next morning to make sure we received it in time for use that day with our grand kids.

Dissapponted we have not had more contact and care from office as we wait ( now more than a week) for this hose to be removed from our vent and bathroom. We have to turn sideways to get out the bathroom door because the hose is in the way of the door opening all the way.

I like that the carpet doesn't get so wet and dries fast.

I felt like the representative was very honest and straightforward about his recommendations for my home without being pushy. The results were quick, and I love that there's no residue left behind to attrack dirt. I'm very happy with Zerorez, and I will definitely use them again.

I like the way the carpets feel after being cleaned by Zerorez--they are soft, not crispy. They also stay clean longer than other carpet cleaners we have used.

The lady on the phone made all sorts of promises that just plain weren't delivered. The technician explained to me that I wouldn't see as good of results because of the type of carpet I have (polyester), but I think it's dishonest to promise the whole world when you know very well that may not be the case depending on the type of carpet.

I like that the water doesn't leave a residue. Our carpets feel soft instead of crunchy. The technicians and phone reps have been very professional and easy to speak with. We had a small issue with a wicking stain and they were very good about coming back and giving me options to correct the problem. The technicians have been very conscientious about taking the time to do their best.

I like that my carpets weren't as wet and they dried quickly.

He did a good job on the couches, but my two chairs are damaged. He tried to repair them, but the fabric has been damaged. He must have used to wrong cleaner.
