We had just had our carpet cleaned by another company and then zerorez came and recleaned it for us and got alot more dirt and hair out. The carpets dried quick and the service was great.
I thought the technician seemed very knowledgeable about your services and products. He was very willing to answer my questions. He was thorough but quick. He was friendly and polite.

I was told to expect the technician to arrive at my home between 7:30 and 7:45 AM, the first appointment of the day. I changed my appointments and plans to accommodate that time. He called me at 8:30 to let me know scheduling had changed. When he arrived at 9:30, it was too late for me to re-calendar my day.

I love that they do not use a soapy detergent to clean the carpet, Jace was great he explained everything and answered all my questions.
We had our carpets cleaned to remove the smell of urine and we can still smell it in our bedroom. The tech said it wasn't very much or very bad and that it should be taken care of. It's frustrating to still be able to smell it $146 later.
They did good job & were friendly - if they had moved the furniture for us they would have got a ten - as we are both 80 years

The service technician was very professional. He explained the process very well and made me feel me confident in the outcome. It has lived up to my expectations and more. The price was significantly higher than other cleaners we have used. The technician did a good job, I just felt like there should have been a special for several rooms. We had 8 rooms cleaned each costing $30. The total was over $400! When the tech tried to convince me of protectant I had to refuse because we couldn't afford it! We've had Sears clean out whole house before we moved in, remove a red dry stain and do protectant on stairs and hallways all for $500. I like the service and the tech did a great job even doing one of the small bedrooms for free. I just think your prices are a little high. People would get their carpets cleaned more often if you offered better deals and prices.

My carpets come out looking far superior to any of the other companies I have had do my carpet cleaning before. My carpets get a real workout as I live in a big power wheelchair that has dirty wheels that can't be taken off when I'm in the house.
The carpet comes out looking almost like new. They stay clean longer and the treatment after keeps it looking that way. All that is super important, but the men that have done my carpets have been so accommodating and helpful. They make you happy you have dealt with your company!

Cleans my carpets better than anyone I have ever had them cleaned by.
The food spots that I had in my carpet weren't all the way gone. There is still some food stuck in my carpet. It looked clean when it was wet, but now that it is dry I can see the spots where the food (yogurt and tootsie roll) are still there.
Would be nice to have someone come back to remove it, since that was one of the main things I wanted done.
