The carpets cleaned well and dried quickly. The technician was very knowledgable about carpet maintenance and stain prevention.
Your service people are wonderful to work with. They communicate clearly what is to be done and costs related thereto. We have dealt with dirty tile grout for years and finally had you clean and seal the same. I now have a happier wife.
I had my carpets cleaned back in December. I called because of an ad I had seen promising 2 hours of free house cleaning with a carpet cleaning. The Zero Rez tech. who came out said that he was out of the vouchers for the cleaning, but that he would make sure I received them by mail. I didn't ever receive them and so I called once before about this matter, but I have yet to receive the voucher for 2 hours of house cleaning. I basically forgot about it for a while, but just now thought of it again and really, I would like the house cleaning I was promised. my email is Email address removed and my cell is Phone number removed. Fast good and affordable
I have been using ZeroRez for years and trust the company, the proof however is just how clean the carpeting looks when the job is completed and especially how it feels; like new carpeting. The technician who was here did a through job, taking his time to do it right and was very careful as he moved his equipment inside the home. I do recommend your services to everyone when the opportunity arises.
Excellent cleaning job. Got stains out of my 26 year old carpet I was sure would never come out. But they did. I LOVE that is environmentally safe! The cleaner was informative and respectful.

Chris and his helper were friendly and hardworking; however, there were several problems:
1. They, at no fault of their own arrived around 10am as opposed to the noon timeframe that your office indicated would be the probable time.......once again, not really an issue, but I hadn't vacuumed yet. They were cool and said I had time to vacuum as they set up. So, no problem; however, they began to spray the carpets before I finished vacuuming........and so I didn't get to even vacuum (and we have 6 kids and it really needed to be vacuumed well per your recommendation) and I didn't get to in the majority of areas. This was the main problem and disappointment.
2. There was one area that did not get cleaned, our bedroom. I am not sure if they forgot, but I had to leave and so I left them with payment and they finished but failed to do this one room.
Agent is very willing to help and make the customer satisfied.
Your technician, Rick, was very helpful and explained the process your company uses to get my carpets as clean as possible. There wasn't pressure to spend more on services I didn't want to do at the time. I feel my carpets are clean and residue free, which makes me very happy!
For the most part it drys quickly. That would be my number one like. I like the smell of the cleaner also.

My Carpets look clean, the person cleaning takes care in not scuffing up my baseboards and the price is reasonable.
Our carpets look SO much better! I was skeptical going into having or carpets professionally cleaned but I couldn't be happier! Dark spots removed, lipstick stains gone! You can't even tell I have four children. ;) Thank you!

When my carpet finally dried, 12 - 24 hours later, the "residue" that was left on it made the carpet just
as "crunchy" as I have experienced with Chem Dry and/or Bridgestone products. Even after vacuuming off
the residue/crunch, my carpet was not so soft; however it was clean, so this fact is good.
I am also still waiting for my $25 Boondocks gift card.
