Your process doesn't clean as well as others I have used.
You also created 2 big ridges in one bedroom that had NO looseness before your cleaning

Carpet on stairs took 48 hours to dry. All other installed carpet took 24 hours to dry. Liked your personnel, their attitudes and care they took to protect my furniture. My Berber carpet in my family room felt stiff after it dried. I thought your rates were a little bit pricey. You don't have to do anything
I am a firm believer in ionized water for cleaning. We have a Kangen Water Machine. I like the fact that you leave no residue in our carpet.
The men that come are friendly and fast and do SUCH a good job!! No complaints, I wouldn't ever use anyone else to clean my carpets.

We were told that the carpet would be dry in 3 to 4 hours. It took over 18 hours, we called and left a message, but NO one returned our call. We had to put extra fans around the area to help it dry.

The results speak for themselves. My "dead animal carcass" carpet (it's 10yrs old) has been revived better than I thought. I also had my tile and grout done and it looks nearly new. Mike M. was our tech and he was wonderful…very friendly and hardworking. He explained everything very well, showed me results in specific areas and completed the job in a very timely manner.
Improve your office scheduling and coordination. The bid for cleaning our home was a disaster.
Larry came the first of 2 visits and was terrific.
George came the second time and was exceptional. He may have redeemed your company in our eyes. They both should receive a raise.
Be more up front when the appointment is made that the technician will try to add on other services.
Double check the address before starting service be considerate of the time of customers waiting to receive service. Service was scheduled for 10 am and I was told I needed to have someone there at 9:30 AM in case the serviceman was running ahead of schedule. Called at 11 to say they would be there in 20 min. 50 min later still no sign of zero rez. I attempted to contact the serviceman on the phone number on my caller id-no answer. I called the company to see what was going on they said they would call the service man assigned to my appointment. While I was on hold with the company to my suprise there was a zerorez truck on the corner across the street. The company receptionist took me off hold saying that she wasn't able to reach the serviceman. I told her there was a truck across the street on the corner. The serviceman went to the wrong address and was cleaning their carpets during my time slot. Service wasn't complete until after 2 pm. The cost was $243. Nothing was done to make up the difference for time that was wasted. I could've gone with oter companies and paid half the price
