Our carpet is 23 years old but after zerorez it looks almost new! You guys are amazing.

I used you one other time and was very pleased. However I had your people come while I was out of town this time. My husband was the one here. When I returned home a few weeks later, I was disappointed to find spots still on the carpet. I worked on them myself and was able to clean some of the spots and traffic areas, others I was not able to get up. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed...and tired. If you wanted to come back, for free, to make things right I would feel better.

The smell from the dog throwing up in the master bedroom is still there. We paid extra to have this treated and eliminated.

They were on time, they were fast, efficient and courteous. The end product was a very clean rug.

The carpet is soft when it is dry and the service is quick. The protectorant that you applied last year prevented some pet stains that could have been a problem this year.

Your cleaning method works and I like the results.

We were very inconvenienced, because they did not bother to mention that because we lived in a Condo their hose might not reach. So they came out on Friday after we had moved everything into our Kitchen, and said they would have to come back Saturday afternoon with the portable. It made us have to eat out pretty much all Friday and Saturday, because we had no access t our kitchen while we waited for Zerorez to come back.

I love how the cleaning process is safe. No chemicals.

There was hardly any drying time, the carpets turned out better than I thought they could even be, and no harmful chemicals for the kids! I would recommend Zerorez! It was worth every penny!

Your customer service team is anything by customer friendly. They are unable to think ahead and anticipate customer's needs and are 100% unempowered to correct problems. I scheduled my cleaning two weeks ahead I schedule so that I could get in the first time slot. I received a call two days before stating that I was the first cleaning of the day on Saturday. On Saturday I did not hear from or see anyone from Zerorez all day. It was not until I called you at 5pm and was only then informed that there had been all sorts of scheduling issues and that I would not see a technician until 8pm...that is 12 hours after my confirmed time. So my entire Saturday was wasted waking for your technician. He was excellent! You need to do a serious overhaul of your customer device and scheduling as they failed to meet any expectations. This is sad since I am a repeat customer that was refered by Cost-U-Less carpets, who I will now have to call and tell of this horrible experience so that they do not tarnish their reputation by recommending your ill run business.

Doesn't take as long as conventional carpet cleaning. I'll have to see how the carpet appears over time to determine how it holds up for the long haul...
