Just had a good experience with George Pedroza. He was very kind and answered all of our concerns. To be honest, I'm not sure I noticed a difference yet from other cleaning methods, but I would use you again because George helped us feel comfortable with the process.
There was damage to our home that the techs didn't tell us about. We are working to get it fixed.

I paid the extra money for the pet cleaning and all of the stains are still there. They aren't dark but I can still see the circle. They were there the night after it was cleaned. I'm not happy with the way it looks and won't recommend you to my friends.

Service was good and the technicians were willing to move furniture to get carpet clean.
It took much longer for carpets to dry than what we had been told. Weather may have been a factor with the humidity. Found one small place that doesn't yet look clean that we didn't notice during the walk through. Our problem.

He was friendly but professional. He listened to my needs and responded with the information that I needed. He was diligent and consistent with the cleaning of my carpets. He made professional suggestions about keeping my carpets cared for. Although it was after 5:00 pm and he had been up since 5:30 am, he still worked hard and did a superior job in cleaning my carpets. His manner was respectful and he was not intrusive at all. His skill level in communication and his work are commendable. I wouldn't hesitate to tell my friends and neighbors about him and the service he provided.

Very professional, thorough, careful. Asked lots of questions and made sure we were satisfied. Went over everything beforehand. We had some wool carpet and area rugs. Did them all with great success. I love the way they look and feel now. We also did some special services and they were excellent; I had a grand-daughter potty trained in one of the bedrooms so they did the extra to get the spots out. Had some protector put on certain areas after cleaning. Cost me a lot, but it was definitely worth it.
On 7/01/2014 I had an area rug cleaned and our living room carpet cleaned. The gentleman who did the service on our rug and carpet did a good job but I was highly annoyed that he was talking on a cell phone while working inside my home. I felt like the call was a personal call, not work related and felt that the service I was paying for might be compromised due to the distraction of the phone call. I was annoyed because the phone call lasted more than 5 minutes. I have hesitated in giving feedback but feel it is necessary to let someone know.

We really liked our technician, but are not happy at all with the cleaning job. Carpets still look unclean. Our carpet is only two years old and was only slightly dirty with traffic patterns and a few spots in my youngest daughters room. We still see all of it.
The associate was quick at doing his job and friendly. He was helpfull with any questions or concerns that I had.
