I think the no chemicals is a very good idea. The fast drying is a plus. Bobby the technician was friendly and professional. He was very eager to make things look as good as I requested. He even came on his day off to finish sealing our limestone floor.

I like that the carpet doesn't feel scratchy (for lack of a better word) after the cleaning, and I like that it dries pretty quickly. I also like that the service person calls you while they are heading to my house, so I know exactly when to expect them.

I was assured by more than one person that the pet urine smell would be gone once I had the carpets cleaned by Zerorez. It didn't happen. I do like the overall cleanliness of my carpets, though. Just disappointed that the smell is still there.

You are quite expensive for the service you provide. I can't see where you are any better than Stanley Steamer or Coit but yet you are about $50 more. Your technicians were great! Fast, Friendly and efficient. I will give you a 10 because of them. You also have great advertisers. Amanda in the Morning on KSL radio thinks you are the greatest thing since peanutbutter was invented. I guess I expected more for my money--less crusty feel and less damp which is what your flyer claims. You might want to take that off. Is there really any cleaner out there that can make your carpet seem new? Who knows? My carpet is fairly new. I have it cleaned every couple of years because of the warranty. I honestly wish I hadn't started it quite yet. Satisfied, yes, Will I recommend? Sure with the stipulation that they get a bid or price from others as well. Will I call again? Maybe depends on your pricing..

My carpet is 16 years old, about 2 years ago I realized that we needed new carpet. We did not have the money to replace them at the time, so I decided to try Zerorez. I heard the ads and liked the idea of no residue, after a few cleanings with Zerorez, my carpets came clean again. I was so happy not to have to spend money on new carpet!
