All in all it was good. I would NOT recommend the SCOTCHGARD TREATMENT for the extra money as it made our carpet very very sticky for 36 to 48 hours and actually causes more damage than it does good. The original Stainmaster that comes from the factory is ALL anyone ever needs! I will NEVER let that snake bite me again. As for the rest of the work the guys were very courteous and friendly. They were also helpful and I was actually able to pull the honest truth out of one of them when I queried as to a certain technique that was being used. I noticed that as they approached the 1 hour mark, this technique allowed speed versus accuracy and thoroughness and thus I asked why. He smiled like a Cheshire Cat once I posed the question and he pondered his response. Suddenly, the tempo slowed drastically and the thoroughness came back albeit briefly. 3 rooms took less than 1 hour from beginning to end(arrival to our door, in and out the door, and on the road!) They really do need to pay more attention and time to the pathways and heavily used areas. The pattern of cleaning as a "grid" for lack of a better word would best be served by doing just that, treating the carpet as a grid to make sure no spots are missed. As it is, we have roughly 8 or so spots 10" to 12" in diameter that really needed to be treated again quickly or were just missed completely. For $134.00, you almost get what you pay for. Forget the Stain guard and for $109.00 stay with them and you can do ok if your carpets are relatively new or in good shape as ours are. Our carpet is a berber and it always cleans extremely well when compared to other types.

I liked the courtesy of your employee, carefulness and the fact that there is no residue on the carpets when you leave. Two stains didn't completely disappear, but improved over what they were.

I am readdy pleased with the results of the cleaning of my oriental carpet. It came back looking amazing. I did have a problem with being told it would take about two weeks, but when I hadn't heard anything from you in two weeks and called, I was told it wasn't ready. I got the impression it hadn't been started, which did not make me very happy. I was told it would be ready in several days and I did get it back in about four days. I wonder if I hadn't called how much longer it might have taken. Other than that I was very pleased with your company. Your technicians who cleaned my installed carpet were professional and did an excellent job on the other carpet. I will use your company again to clean my other oriental carpet and give you another try because you did such a good job on my first on. I just hope I don't have to call in order to get it back within a reasonable amount of time. Where your work is concerned, I'd definitely recommend you to my friends.

The online estimate wasn't working so I had to play "phone tag" with Jennifer in order to get a price quote. Fianlly I did get through to "Jeremy"(?) he was very professional and helpful. The process from that point forward was great. The carpets look great and the guy that did the work was great too. We will definitely use them again.

The service is as good or better than advertized. There is no residue, build-up or left over cleaning granuals that you get when using other methods. I have used the service several times and have always found them to be very professional and just good people. I highly recommend them.
