All of the personel were friendly, polite and helpful. After my carpet dried, there were streaks in some of the rooms. I called Zerorez about it and they were apologetic and sent someone out the next day to fix the issue. I was afraid I would not see any improvement in our 12 year old carpet. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was almost new!! Other than the red kool-aid stains everything else came out.
