This was our first experience with Zerorez. We like the idea that our carpets were cleaned without harmful chemicals and that our carpets will not attract dirt. We could still see our high traffic areas. You came back and treated them a 2nd time and they were less obvious. We appreciated your immediate response to our call. We think Zerorez is the way to go!

I like the Professional service it was kind The product was absolutely fabulous. A good job was done on my carpet even the traffic spots. The associate spoke very knowledgeable about the product. Came in and did exactly what he needed to do to clean my carper. My carpet is 13 or more years old and needs to be replace but he cleaned it and it looks clean. the best part is the services is paperless, Wow that is great! Thanks a fanastic job well done! Everybody I know will know the secret is out!!! Can you do my SUV?..LOL
No harsh chemicals
Promptness and showing up on time was appreciated. Service men appearance and work was professional. Carpets turned out nice. One minor complaint. I asked for them to call me just prior to arriving so I could be sure I would be there as this was my parents-in-law house. They did not call as instructed, but I was there anyway.
Peter did a great job-answered all my questions and did his best to help me.
Your service rep was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered other services but did not apply pressure at all. Rugs and carpet appear to be very clean. Drying time is quite a bit longer than you advertise, however.
The looks of my old worn-out carpet after it was cleaned by you. I was skeptical, but it really looked awesome.
