You did a great job on my carpets - took a lot of time to get it right instead of rushing through. I love scheduling online plus I got confirmation by phone and updates on what time the representative would be arriving that morning.

The carpet was noticeably cleaner. And, unlike Stanley Steemer, the carpet was dry in less than 18 hours, and all stains are gone. Very happy with the results.

The products and services are fantastic. The chemicals that you use in cleaning are marvelous. The technician was excellent! He called to let me know he would be early and then arrived within thirty minutes. He was friendly and very hard working. He was neat and didn't make a mess of my hardwood floors like previous technicians had done. He did a great job!

i really love how quickly the service was performed and how the advertisements on the radio remind me to call, when sales are going on.

Our rugs were just damp after cleaning and not soaking wet. There was no residue on carpets or odor from the cleaning agents. A nice additional service add on was being able to treat the carpets with scotch guard after cleaning for added protection. We were very satisfied with the results.
