The products worked. With special treatment and attention the large blood stain that soaked into the carpet and backing came up and out. After cleaning our carpet it looks almost new. Peter the cleaning tech. was very nice. The carpet did have a dark spot due to moisture for a couple of days where the blood was but after drying, it looks like the rest of the carpet.

Friendly and complete service. The only drawback is that some of the spots pull back up to the surface in a couple of days. Very clean for the first 2 days then stains come back up. I am still a customer.

I have had my carpets clean by professionals before, but I was not 100% satisfied. I can truly say that I am 100% satisfied with Zerorez. I like there was no soaps or harsh chemicals used. I like the fact that the carpet dried in 4-6 hours. My carpet is 8 years old and it looked brand new! This was my first time, but will not be my last. The Service Technician was very friendly. He called before he came,and it did not take long for him to finish cleaning and he did an excellent job.
