The technician was so professional and went well out of his way to thoroughly clean the carpets beyond my expectations. I have never had a cleaner work so hard to ensure satisfaction and explain the process along the way. I had an associate who was with me at the time the carpents were being cleaned and he commented that he was impressed and inclined to call the service for his own carpets.

The technician was very polite and explained the process very well. I was very pleased with the work that was performed. I think the fee for the small laundry room tile area was a bit overly priced. It took such a short time to clean that area.

I love the way my orientals came out. I had 7 with one huge one that took several days for them to do. They took special care to not let the colors run, and although it took a little longer to get them back than I anticipated I was very pleased witht the outcome. Further, because of the high cost of cleaning so many rugs your rep gave me a break on the price, making it very affordable. Lastly, your technicians were super. They moved furniture and were careful to place the rugs exactly where I wanted them, and they were very friendly and fun to be around. It was obvious they enjoy what they do. I will certainly be calling again! Very fair and courteous service and job well done!

No chemicals, I have a 2year old child and a dog . Also no soap feel on carpets, left carpet very soft. Service tech very informative and quick.
