No harsh chemicals

Promptness and showing up on time was appreciated. Service men appearance and work was professional. Carpets turned out nice. One minor complaint. I asked for them to call me just prior to arriving so I could be sure I would be there as this was my parents-in-law house. They did not call as instructed, but I was there anyway.

Peter did a great job-answered all my questions and did his best to help me.

Your service rep was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered other services but did not apply pressure at all. Rugs and carpet appear to be very clean. Drying time is quite a bit longer than you advertise, however.

The looks of my old worn-out carpet after it was cleaned by you. I was skeptical, but it really looked awesome.

We bought a home that was in desperate need of carpet cleaning. In fact, we didn't think the capet could be cleaned. We thought we would have to buy new carpet and dreaded the additional cost. We were amazed Zerorez got the carpet so clean it looks new. The technician was professional and worked extremely hard to clean and spot the carpet. It's almost too good to be true. I hope the stains don't reappear in time.
