The workers who came were friendly, well informed of the products they were using, worked diligently, and offered other services than what I had scheduled for. I had 3 bedrooms, a hall and stairs cleaned and they were done in about 1.25 hours. There were no big machines full of water being moved around my home; one hose, no noise and no mess. Where I thought there were stains on my carpet, I pointed out only to find out it was just dirt. The products used picked it all up, the carpet was a little wet, and I am one satisfied customer. The carpets seem so fresh and clean. We also had the sectional cleaned and it looks bran new. We have two dogs, and the hair and odors are gone. I was most impressed with our technician. He did a great job explaining everything and took his time to get everything just perfect.

The service was very professional and the products totally cleaned some very stained areas on our carpet, including pet stains! The deodorizer made my whole house smell fresh and clean and the carpet practically looks brand new! The drying time was about 4 hours which was great because by the time my family got home, the carpet was totally dry and ready to walk on. I have already told my mother about Zerorez because she is planning on getting her carpet cleaned soon, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs their carpets cleaned as well! This company is outstanding!
