In spite of problems with the truck on the first appointment, Jaeson returned 5 days later and completed the job, doing a wonderful job in the process. It was an inconvenience to me because the furniture we had moved for the first appointment had to remain moved until the job was finished, costing us some time and having to eat out a couple of times extra. The job was completed satisfactorily and I am happy to recommend ZeroRex to my friends.

It really gets the carpets clean. There is no residue or strong odor. The technician was professional and he worked very fast.
Products were allergens free and did not leave behind any smells/oders/residue. Services were completed quick and efficient. Service provider offered helpful hints to further treat carpet, explained solutions that were used, and entertained questions that were asked of him.

My carpet looks very clean. All spots were removed. Hopefully the guard that was applied will work as from past experience when carpet was cleaned in another home and the scotchguard was removed carpet never was the same and became dirty very quickly.
