I love the way my orientals came out. I had 7 with one huge one that took several days for them to do. They took special care to not let the colors run, and although it took a little longer to get them back than I anticipated I was very pleased witht the outcome. Further, because of the high cost of cleaning so many rugs your rep gave me a break on the price, making it very affordable. Lastly, your technicians were super. They moved furniture and were careful to place the rugs exactly where I wanted them, and they were very friendly and fun to be around. It was obvious they enjoy what they do. I will certainly be calling again! Very fair and courteous service and job well done!

No soap or detergents are used so the process is environmentally friendly and doesn't leave behind a residue that collects dirt.

No heavy smells or odors. My carpets always look excellent.The service worker you sent out (Ryan)was very kind and did a great job! He took the time to tell me the reason my carpet still looks dark in places, that it was due to wear. My only complaint was the extra charge of tax and fuel,it was not discussed with me prior to the service or when the appointment was made.

My carpet cleaning experience with Zerorez was positive. The technician arrived on time. He was polite, efficient, and kept me informed of the process as he cleaned. His recommendation of a fiber sealer for the carpet was explained thoroughly and since we have pets, it was a perfect solution to keeping the carpet cleaner and stain free. He also cleaned a sofa and chair. Everything was dry within the time I was given and looked and smelled great by the end of the day! Thanks Zerorez!

It was quick, efficient, professional, and non-smelling. However in some high-traffic areas the matting did not puff up as much as I had hoped.

I like that there is no residue and no added 'scents' since I have allergies and don't tolerate perfumes/scents very well. The technician was very professional and friendly. He was quick and thorough. Very nice job. My carpets were pretty dirty and he made them look great! I also received a buy 2 get 2 free deal when I called to make the appointment. That helped a lot since a couple of our rooms are double sized. Thank you! I will definitely recommend you to our friends.

I enjoyed the opportunity to book my appt online and to specifically select the services I needed with a cost-by-cost breakout presented at the time of booking. The best part was that there were no hidden fees when the bill was presented to me. It was the exact amount presented to me online. Jeremy did an extremely thorough job and we would definitely recommend to others.

Technician was excellent. Took longer to dry than he said.

Jeremy was great - he not only took the time to work around our furniture but he was also kind enough to prop up the wooden items on styrofoam blocks so that nothing was damaged.

i have had several zerorez cleanings but this one with Jeremy was the best by far!
