The service was excellent. We were very pleased with the young man who cleaned our carpets. He was very pleasant and took his time explaining the carpet process and took time cleaning them. The carpets came out looking and smelling like new. I would recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.

You use no chemicals or soap.
The fact that no chemicals are used in the cleaning process is a big plus. Better for the customer to not breath all of the fumes of chemicals.
