After spilling black tea on my white carpet, I thought it was a lost cause. I immediately called my carpet installer, who recommended Zerorez. I spoke with Melissa. When she learned that the spill had been caused by a fall, she called a technician immediately. Jeremy worked me into his ery busy schedule at the end of a long, hot workday. He was punctual, courteous and professional. Best of all, he also cleaned some old, set-in stains and my carpets look like new again!
I would definitely use Zerorez again!

We found your technician, Chris, to be very informative including answering any questions about the process. He was also very willing to go over any spots that we felt needed extra attention. Carpeting dried quickly without any residue and looking great!
The technician was so professional and went well out of his way to thoroughly clean the carpets beyond my expectations. I have never had a cleaner work so hard to ensure satisfaction and explain the process along the way. I had an associate who was with me at the time the carpents were being cleaned and he commented that he was impressed and inclined to call the service for his own carpets.
It was a fairly quick service. The technicians were very friendly and informative. My carpets look brand new and I am very, very pleased with my whole experience and would absolutely recommened this service to family and friends. I will defiantely use Zero Rez in the future!
