Neat, clean, quick drying

Our technician, Chris Goodwin, was terrific. Explained what he was going to do before he did it. Chris worked hard, got the job done and was on his way! We go exactly what we asked for, at the price we were quoted. Carpets look great. Zerorez was able to remove some spots that ddi not come up the last time we used a traditional steam cleaning service. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend this service!!

I would like to start with what I do not like..Pricing.

Not the Deals, but for the Special Treatments.

The more I thought about it, the more I felt it was a bit of a rip-off to charge $50 a room for Pet Treatment and $30 a room for Carpet Protectant, especially when the bedrooms are so small. One bedroom, with the bed and furniture, there was hardly any carpet space to clean and treat.

There were pet stains in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom was treated no charge for the pet treatment because there was only one area in the room I believe they treated. Even if that room was totally treated at no charge, $50 and $30 per bedroom is far too much to charge.

These are small bedrooms, those treatments were too expensive! I agreed to have them done anyway, because I believed that normal cleaning may not have cleaned the pet urine stains as well as it did. I also believed carpets need "protectant" afterwards. Although, I could be wrong with that!

I mentioned Zeroez to friends and they felt initial cleaning was your "$99 for 3 rooms deal" was great. But when they heard that but I ended up paying $300 because of the 'treatments' , they said it was ridiculous. I do have to say that my husband was furious with me when he heard what I paid.

Other than prices for special treatments being far too high, Zerorez did an excellent with the 3 bedroom carpets. I was very pleased with the results (so far). I will give it a few weeks to be certain. I may have to call for them to respray one room. The crew was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They did so much better than other carpet cleaners we have had in the past.

Would I recommend Zeroez to others? Yes. But with the warning of your treatment prices.

Will I have Zerorez clean my carpets in the future? You bet! But will not have treatments unless your treatment prices are better.

Cleans very well, very fast, AND uses their own water.

I love the carpet cleaning service, but not sure I will recommend your granite sealing service. My granite is not as easy to clean now & always has a haze on it. The product has been reapplied and I still have the same results.

The amazing results right before your eyes. My carpet went from dull to beautiful in the blink of an eye. There was no smell or residue and the carpet was ready for my house guest in 5 hours. I was really pleased.

The technician was prompt and courteous and did a good job. I was, however, disappointed that someone in the office told me they would clean under the beds and that, in fact, was not the case -- the equipment would not let them go but just a foot or so under each side. Overall, thought I did think they carpets looked very nice after being cleaned.
