It had been some time since my carpet was cleaned and there was a definite "traffic pattern" soiling problem. I was worried that it would need to be replaced in the near future. After Chris worked his magic, the pile is lifted, soil removed and it looks fantastic. First of all the gentleman that cleaned my house was very polite and he knew what he was talking about. You could tell that he had been trained well. The carpets look fantastic and the pet smell is gone so the enzyme treatment worked well. I will use zero rez again and have already recommended them to friends.
