What I liked best is the fact that I called on a Monday morning (10/17) and I was able to get someone out the next day (10/18) at a convenient time that worked around my schedule. The wonderful lady on the phone provided two options for me (days & times) AND she was able to work me in. I was a morning function on Thursday (10/20) at my home and my family room carpet was really in need of some cleaning. So, on Tuesday, Chris, the carpet man, came out much sooner than I expected. He did wait for me (20mins) to return from my appointment. Thank you! Chris did a great job! He did explain to me that the heavily traffic areas will lighten up but won't look like the areas that aren't traveled so much. He was upfront on what to expect. I appreciate that. I also like the fact he was clean cut, and dressed professionally. I am a satisfied customer and will use your services again. I was referred to you by my next door neighbor. My ONLY complaint is that my carpet started to smell like a wet dog during the drying process. I do have two dogs, and I am embarrassed to say that my family room carpet had not been cleaned in 7 years. I know the reason for the smell and that is because the carpet cleaning process pulled up years of dog dander/oils to the surface. My carpet could probably use another cleaning but I didn't have time to do that since my function was on Thursday. So, I went out and bought Arm & Hammer Carpet deodorizer which really helped. Lesson learned....don't wait so long to get the carpets cleaned. We need new carpet anyway, but in the meantime my family room looks much better. Thank you!
This is too early bc I have not yet gotten my rugs back but I have confidence they will have been well cleaned. I was pleased with the price, and am glad to have the dropoff service.

I like the very hot water temperature, it really gets the carpet clean and sanitary. It can remove many stains all by itself without pre-treatment. The lack of detergent helps carpet stay clean. I especially like the caliber of the personnel who come to the house.

That the process does not push the dirt/stain into the carpet with water - thereby allowing it to resurface later. Clark was very thorough, explanatory, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would (and have) DEFINITELY recommend zerorez and Clark to any friend/family member. The stain was 100% removed and has not resurfaced at all. It has been a month since our cleaning and there is no sign of a stain. Thank you!
