Mario was my technician and I was going to write a personal letter to commend his work. He had a very pleasant personality and was knowledgable about the Zerorez product. I have had Zerorez out once before but Mario did an excellent job cleaning areas of my carpet that had NEVER responded to treatments. He explained to me the new technique used to treat heavily soiled spots and I agreed to do one spot and if it actually stays clean and does not wick, I will have my entire upstairs cleaned. He was excellent!!

Wow! Zerorez exceeded my expectations! The service was fast, professional, and got stains out of my carpet that I thought would be there forever! This all at a much better price than I anticipated as well. The only drawback is that it took a week for me to get on the schedule, but that is probably because I wanted to be there to watch my carpets cleaned. So they were very nice to work around my schedule, and were in and out in no time! They also have up-to-date technology, billing me out on my credit card with a hand-held device. Very happy customer here! I will definitely be calling them again.
