Professional; the tech, Mario, called me to let me know he was so many minutes away; explained the process without rushing; had a uniform with company name and tech name; wore shoe covers while cleaning the carpet--have never had anyone wear booties while cleaning carpet; the tech also didn't try to be pushy and upsell me on any additional products--he explained the protectant, but didn't pressure me to apply the product. Overall outstanding profession service and the carpet smells fresh and looks great. Highly recommend service.

EXCELLENT POLITE SERVICE- I THINK I HAD AN EXTREME PROBLEM WITH THE 2 BIG SPOTS IN MY CARPET. MY DOG HAD GOTTEN SICK (VOMIT) AND I DID MY BEST TO CLEAN IT UP BUT MADE THE MISTAKE OF USING PRODUCTS THAT DID NOT WORK. NOW THAT YOU HAVE CLEANED THE CARPET I STILL HAVE A RING AROUND THE AREAS THAT WERE AFFECTED. HOWEVER I WILL CONTINUE TO LIGHTLY RINSE THE AREAS AND IF NECESSARY APPLY A LIGHT SPRAY OF SOLUTION FROM THE KIT I PURCHASED. ALL IN ALL I AM HAPPY WITH THE JOB AND WILL ALWAYS CALL ZERO REZ IN THE FUTURE

Service person was friendly and efficient. He was courtesy and talked to us about what rooms we needed done and how best to complete the job. He made sure we inspected each room after he was done cleaning it. And the carpets looked much better afterwards.
