Zerorez has outstanding customer service...when I got the date wrong for the service and had taken the day off from work and cleared out my furniture, Zerorez was able to accomodate me. I had not had my carpets cleaned professionally since the house was built over 11 years ago and the carpets look amazing. Was thinking of replacing but not anymore!

I like the fact that you do not use any chemicals and just steam the rugs. They seem to stay cleaner much longer. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and it seemed like the rugs just attracted dirt very quickly. I also like the fact that the people that due the cleaning are always very nice and polite. They are not in a hurry to get the job done and be out of there. They truly take their time and make sure that the work is done to satisfaction.
