I have had my carpets clean by professionals before, but I was not 100% satisfied. I can truly say that I am 100% satisfied with Zerorez. I like there was no soaps or harsh chemicals used. I like the fact that the carpet dried in 4-6 hours. My carpet is 8 years old and it looked brand new! This was my first time, but will not be my last. The Service Technician was very friendly. He called before he came,and it did not take long for him to finish cleaning and he did an excellent job.

Carpet cleaning service is far superior to conventional "wet and wait" companies.
That you do not use harsh chemicals or leave a residue on the carpets. Also, that your technicians are always very courteous and professional. When you say you're going to call, you do, and are on time.
My carpet was cleaned better with this service than any other service I have used. The technician was on time, friendly and responsive to my wishes. Spots were removed that other services were not able to remove. I was completely satisfied and will use Zerorez next time my carpet needs cleaning.
