Justin was prompt in calling ahead, performing the service and his overall professional demeanor. We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning results.

What I did not like was requesting the eight o'clock appointment time and then being called at eight thirty and told the technician was running late and it would be ten or ten thirty before he could get there. Also, one spot was not removed. It was a food stain, not really sure what caused it. Everything else seemed to be satisfactory and it dries fairly quickly. First name removed A.

They do a better job of cleaning our carpeting than other commerial cleaners that we have used in the past. Zerorez representative was here exactly on the time and date that they said they would be.

Lack of 'drying' time.

I love the pet stain pre~treat, it seem to work better than I had exspected.
One thing I am concerned about is that the drying time was surpose to be 4 to 6 hours and our carpet was still damp the next morning and into the mid morning time. The cleaning was finished by 1:30. This means our carpet stayed damp way to long and concerned for rotting and mold. I would appreciated your comment on this, Thank You, Janet Last name removed

My carpet was in very very bad shape and I am so very surprised at the way they turned out. The products and service are top rate. The tech that came to my house was named Peter and he was very professional and he knew what he was doing and was just very nice you should keep him...
