Friendly technician, quick and painless service with superior results. The carpet was in bad shape and after a visit from zerorez, it looks *almost* brand-new. It was a little damp but not soaking wet like with other carpet cleaning services. Plus, pet stains that had been lingering for months were completely gone. You can't even tell something happened to the carpet in that spot. We will definitely use the service again and recommend it to friends.

Employee was very compliant and generous but we were told rep would be at our home between 12 and 3 and he arrived early not giving us sufficient time to complete our vacuuming our carpets before cleaning resulting in not the cleanest carpet and dirty spots from the dust. But overall, the carpet was much cleaner than before.

They get the job done. My carpet was extremely old and worn. It looks 100% better. Chad did a great job considering what he had to work with. The carpet in the living room was brighter after it was cleaned.
