We have two dogs that live in the area that was cleaned and I was glad that there were no chemicals used. We purchased our carpet 6 months ago and they recommended zerorez cleaning twice a year to keep it clean and looking new. Our dogs track in a lot of clay mud and we have light beige carpet. The folks that came out commented on how discolored it was from the clay but it all came out and it looks beautiful!

The technician got there in the time frame that he said he would, he was courteous and professional. When I had questions he addressed them without me feeling like I was interrupting his work or annoying him.

I like that they are safe for pets and they do not smell afterwards.

They were on time and did call in advance to let us know you were on the way. Technician seemed knowledgeable and spent time looking at the areas to be cleaned prior to the service.

We were highly pleased with our carpet cleaning. The two young men were knowledgeable (one was in training, he said and paid attention to how things were done.) They both were very pleasant and well spoken. Service was excellent.

Don't know too much about your products, but were pleased that there was no odor. Felt that the drying time was very appropriate.

I have alway appreciated zerorez's services because I have allergies. Because you do not use perfumes or soaps, I can always breathe easier after a service. Our carpet dried soft and was very clean even after there had been an accident by dry wall contractors and plaster dust was emptied into the carpet. As usual, excellent service and product. We will use your company in the future and recommend it to friends also. Well done!!!

I was going to replace the 2-1/2year old shaw carpet.Sears cleaned it and came back twice.
After a few days it looked worse than prior to cleaning. It now looks like new. Great job
