The technician got there in the time frame that he said he would, he was courteous and professional. When I had questions he addressed them without me feeling like I was interrupting his work or annoying him.

I like that they are safe for pets and they do not smell afterwards.

They were on time and did call in advance to let us know you were on the way. Technician seemed knowledgeable and spent time looking at the areas to be cleaned prior to the service.

We were highly pleased with our carpet cleaning. The two young men were knowledgeable (one was in training, he said and paid attention to how things were done.) They both were very pleasant and well spoken. Service was excellent.

Don't know too much about your products, but were pleased that there was no odor. Felt that the drying time was very appropriate.

I have alway appreciated zerorez's services because I have allergies. Because you do not use perfumes or soaps, I can always breathe easier after a service. Our carpet dried soft and was very clean even after there had been an accident by dry wall contractors and plaster dust was emptied into the carpet. As usual, excellent service and product. We will use your company in the future and recommend it to friends also. Well done!!!

I was going to replace the 2-1/2year old shaw carpet.Sears cleaned it and came back twice.

My carpet was really dirty and I had a lot of pet stains. I had the pet treatment done and it really did a good job!! I honestly did not have high hopes for the stains but it worked on almost all of them! Too bad I didn't call sooner,they all probably would have come out! The guys were very nice and efficient. It did not take long at all, as a matter of fact I was not expecting a clean carpet because they were done so quickly. I even called my mother after they left to tell her that they did nothing but wet the carpet. I figured my dirty carpet would take all day, but boy was I surprised!! Whatever they used sure works and I called my mother back the next day to eat those words! I will definitely be calling again in a couple of months for another cleaning!

All the stains were removed from our carpet. Even stains from previous owners. Awesome job done and have given referals already to my friends.

The process that you use cleaning the carpet. It leaves the carpet feeling soft and clean and dries fairly quickly.

You do what you say and the young man that came was knowledgeable and he was thorough and he worked hard. It is nice to see young men working hard. He also was upfront about the cost. Nothing hidden, I like that

Our carpeting is 18 years old and it has been professional cleaned many times over the years. I was skeptical when the technician only made one pass over each section but I must say our carpeting hasn't looked this good in years. It did stay wet for over 24 hours but the final result was well worth the additional drying time.

Matt was very knowledgable about the process. He explained how carpets are cleaned in detail. We have an oriental rug which he took back to the warehouse to be cleaned & he went into great detail about how that is done. I like the fact that you don't use chemicals or soap & a lot of water. Pretty much all the stains came up & the carpets look brand new. I was very pleased & Matt was a very pleasant person to talk to. Definitely an asset to your company.

Friendly employees, prompt service, great quality work. Appreciated the phone calls 2 days prior and right before service. Glad they could also add a service while they were already there. All-in-all extremely satisfied!
