I thought Kevin was very professional, I liked how your company kept me posted at all times, he emailed me/called me as to when he was on his way. Great job also, there is no tackiness on the carpet at all. I occasionally had to wear socks because I didn't like the feel of the carpet, even though you couldn't see spots. The carpet feels NEW and my daughter who was visiting said that it looked great and clean.
