I have had other carpet cleaners in the Triangle area clean my carpets and they all did a good job. But Zerorez and especially the technician that came to our home, Taylor, were outstanding. The carpets in my home are several years old and when Zerorez was finished, they looked as close to new as they possibly could. Taylor was right on time, very professional yet friendly with a great sense of humor, and just did a fantastic job. I have now found the only carpet cleaners I will use in the future.

I like the cleanliness after the carpets are cleaned. However, I was under the impression that the RED spots could be cleaned up but they weren't and I was under the impression that the carpet would be dry upon completion but it wasn't. I was satified though at the work that was performed. Thank you!

I've always been satisfied with my carpet after having it cleaned by Zerorez.

This was my first experience with the company and overall I was extremely happy with the service. My carpet is clean, fresh and was not extremely wet, no smells left behind that irriated my allergies, representatives all very professional. Sofa also very clean with no unpleasant smell, The carpet and sofa has stains that I did not think would come out as another carpet cleaning company had tried to remove them but was unable to; however, Zerorez was able to remove all of the stains. I for one have found a new carpet cleaning company.
