The technician Kevin called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and introduced himself, was very professional and did an excellent job. He explained that Zerorez does not use soap to clean the carpet and the steam machine was being operated by the truck. My carpet has never looked so good! It dried quickly and it's not 'sticky'. Last year, I was told by another carpet cleaning company to replace my carpet, but now I don't have to. Zerorez has my business!

It works! My carpets cleaned up beautifully and the technician was professional and thorough.

Technicians are prompt, neat and reliable. Although extra products and services were offered (of course!), I didn't feel high pressure or an obligation to purchase. The technician who came to my home, Justin B., was fantastic--he explained everything thoroughly, and my 14 year old carpet looks great. Best of all, I know my carpet is clean. Thank you!

There was absolutely no chemical smell! (Probably because they don't use any chemicals). I like that they were able to sanitize my house using just super hot water. My kids were rolling around on the carpets the next day. The technician, Chad, was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He was excellent when it came to answering my questions and responding to my requests. ZeroRez was highly recommended by my realtor who had used them personally and recommended them to numerous other clients.

Did a great job in a short time and was very nice

I liked Peter Hicks, himself. He was very courteous, polite and professional. I loved that he put "booties" on before he came into the house and took them off every time he went out. He was very knowledgeable and informative, but not pushy. I love that Zerorez products do not have a strong smell, and the carpets feel very clean and soft.

No soap or chemicals used so the carpet stays cleaner longer.

What you hear on the radio is not hype. They made my 5 year old carpet look brand new.
