The carpet stains were removed and there was no residue left after the cleaning. Our tech was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had. He also took extra time on the tougher spots

I like the fact that there's no soap residue left in the carpets. The technician was very courteous and informative. Sadly, some brown stains reappeared when the carpet dried.
