Friendly, knowledgeable staff and an obviously effective cleaning system! Justin was professional and courteous. He called before arriving and was on time. He made sure he took extra care with spots and stains which were all removed during the cleaning process. We were left with clean carpets and could not have been more pleased especially considering the fact that we felt the carpets should have been replaced altogether before Zerorez worked their magic!

Stains were removed to my satisfaction, although the $50 per room fee for the pre-treatment seemed a bit excessive, was more than the per room cleaning fee. Also, compared to other carpet cleaning services, the carpet was quite wet and required a long drying time. Our technician, Jock, was very courteous and conscientious. He worked diligently to clean the carpets to our quality standards.
