My carpets are at least 6 yrs old and they looked like new. We were amazed with the outcome. We were also very impressed with the techinican(Keith Rogers). He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the services he was providing. We have already recommended Zerorez to our co-workers and friends.

Our carpet is more than 15 years old and we have used stanley steemer since moving in over 9 years ago and the stains always seemed to come back so much so that we were told to just replace our carpet, but with one cleaning from yall our carpet looks great and ready for more years of use!

I like that you sent someone out right away when the carpets dried and appeared very dirty after the first cleaning. I don't remember the first service tech's name, and he was very polite, but I think he was hurrying too much. Peter Hicks was dispatched for the redo, and he really worked hard and long to make sure the carpets were clean. He personally requested my follow up to ensure we were happy with the job he did. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez if it's possible to request a particular service tech, because Peter Hicks cares!
I love Zerorez! My carpet looks bright again and the stains and high traffic areas that I thought were hopelesss look great. I love how it dries quickly. Your technician was very nice and very efficient. Actually everyone was great from booking and scheduling, to arriving on time, and doing an excellent job!
