Very friendly technician, Justin, who explained the process of cleaning. He answered all my questions. Very easy to schedule an appointment when I called. I got an email confirmation then a call the day before with a time block. Justin called about 20 minutes before he arrived. The only downfall it took all day for the carpet to dry which meant I couldn't put a lot of my furniture back. With two small kids that was a bit of an incovenience.

My sofa, chairs, and rug really look and smell better and I like the thought of not using chemicals to accomplish this . It took a little more than 3 weeks to get my rug back but after I called they explained the delay and delivered promptly.

Zerorez did a fabulous job in my house so I asked if they would be up for a challenge and you agreed. The Job your company did on the rugs in the Band Room and Chorus Room in Broughton High School was outstanding job. Carpet looked 100% better when it was done. Wasn't done with harsh chemicals and was done with little dry time.
