Customer service is excellent! From making my appointment thru the cleaning , each person was professional and courteous. Cleaning of the carpets is better than any other company I have ever used. It was my 3rd time using them. I will never use another company.

I like the cleaning process (the use of water without a lot of chemicals)for cleaning the carpet. Carpets seem to remain cleaner for an extended period of time.

I really appreciated someone coming back out to check the room upstairs! Totally hadn't planned on that so it surprised me, but I was grateful! As I mentioned before, I wasn't upset at all in the quality of the cleaning or the job done; not at all. I was hoping the carpet would smell better/feel fresh afterwards, and I do think after this time it definitely does. I'm wondering if the fan helped - I kept EVERYONE (all pets, kids, grownups included) off of it until it dried completely, and the pet deodorizer that was applied was not something I'd asked for initally as well - now I know to do so. Both people that came to the house were extremely respectful, thorough, kind and informative, which is awesome. I also have a pamphlet on reusable air filters for the house that we are seriously considering. Thank you very much for being so thorough in your work and the way you deal with your clients!! It's refreshing.
